Artificial Intelligence in Detroit: Become Human

There's no doubt that artificial intelligence in our world today is becoming more and more advanced - for example, Hanson Robotics' android Sophia can emulate over 50 facial expressions and can have full, intelligent conversations with people. We've made so much progress in such a short amount of time. There are still many developments to be made concerning artificial intelligence, so I think that we're still a long time away from a completely android-integrated future - however, I think that it's entirely plausible that we'll end up with a future resembling Detroit: Become Human

I'm not sure I like the idea of a future where androids pass so easily as humans - while I can acknowledge the use we could get out of hyper-intelligent robots, the risks of them 'deviating' like in the game and becoming a danger to people seem too great.

I sympathized with and liked the android characters in game, but in real life I think we should avoid releasing androids that advanced to the public if we can.
